On Friday, January 3, 2020, the exciting battle of words among world university teams (2020 WUDC) hosted by Assumption University, has just come to a successful close!
The grand final round conducted at the BITEC was contested by the four finalist teams namely Belgrade University-Team A from Serbia, Oxford University - Team A from United Kingdom, Yale University - Team A from United States of America and Macquarie University - Team B from Australia which was eventually followed by a dinner reception hosted for all participants and joyfully entertained by the AU music groups.
Highlights of the evening included the much awaited announcements of winners of different categories including Oxford University (team A) as top "World Champions" comprising Mr Jason Xiao, and Mr. Lee Chin Wee, which was then presented with His Majesty the King' s Trophy.
WUDC 2020 ESL Grand Final : This House Believes that the United Stage government should cede the authority to procecute criminal trials involving African Americans (as either victims or alleged perpetrator) to African Americans interest groups, and allocate funding for this.
