Over 200 volunteers which includes AU lecturers, students and staff have been assisting the participants. Upon the arrival of the first group of participants, Mr. Chawit Jariyathum, President of Assumption University Student Organization (AUSO) along with the Student Organization team gave a warm welcome to the participants. On the first night, Assumption University organized a Pre-Welcome Dinner which is set in a relaxing atmosphere. During dinner, students from the School of Music Business entertained the participants and honorable guests in creating an enjoyable and impressive ambience.
The duration of the competition is from December 28, 2019- January 3, 2020 in which the final round will be held at BITEC Conference Hall on January 3, 2020.
Apart from Assumption University who is the host, other supporters of the event include Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) TCEB, Advanced Info Service Company (AIS), Krungsri Ayudhaya Bank, Nestle, Pepsi Co, and Princess Hospital, Suvarnabhumi.
